- Assist in planning and implementation of a communications and marketing strategy.
- Assist in collecting and collating the content for brochures, newsletter, press releases.
- Serve as point of contact for all internal communication matters newsletter, announcements, circulars, and all other requests.
- In cooperation with the Social and Digital Media Officer create regular reports on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Coordinate volunteers, support staff, vendors and more to support promotional events.
- Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices
