Role Description:
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing specialist with expertise in Google Ads, meta campaigns, videography, and editing to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness internationally, as well as creating compelling video content to enhance our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and meta campaigns, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for ABH Real Estate's properties and services.

Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative development, including video content, to optimize campaign performance.

Create high-quality videos showcasing our properties and services, including shooting, editing, and post-production.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new features in digital advertising platforms.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results and achieving ROI targets.

Google Ads certification is preferred.

Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience with international marketing and lead generation is a plus.

Videography and video editing skills are required, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.

Passion for real estate and a creative mindset are desirable qualities.
