**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage **façade installation**, repair, and maintenance activities on high-rise buildings.
- Review and interpret **façade design drawings, specifications, and material submittals**.
- Conduct **site inspections** to ensure workmanship meets quality, safety, and design standards.
- Identify façade defects such as sealant failures, glass damages, and structural issues; recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with **consultants, contractors, and suppliers** for façade-related works and materials.
- Prepare and review **method statements, work schedules, and inspection reports**.
- Monitor and control project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Ensure **safety compliance** during façade maintenance works, including rope access and suspended platform operations.
- Evaluate and maintain records of façade maintenance history for all towers.
- Support the management team in **technical evaluations**, tender reviews, and cost estimations related to façade systems.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Civil Engineering or related field.
- **Minimum 5-8 years** of experience in façade installation, inspection, and maintenance for **high-rise buildings**.
- Strong knowledge of **façade systems** (aluminum cladding, curtain walls, glass panels, ACP, sealants, etc.).
- Familiarity with **international façade standards** and **local building codes**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools**.
- Excellent **communication and coordination skills**.
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Certification in **work-at-height safety** or **IRATA** (preferred).
