**Department**
NON-OPERATED OIL DEVT & TECH SUPPORT

**Primary purpose of job**
Responsible for the coordination of the Directorate’s strategic performance metrics including the strategic objectives/KPI

definition, progress measurement for the Subsurface Development & Exploration Directorate.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum 12 years experienced oil and gas professional, having demonstrated competence in Engineering, Finance,

Economics or Business fields, and exposure to dealing with complex stakeholder relations, both within the same directorate

and externally.
- Additional Experience in Finance, Economics or Business is an advantage.
- Overall knowledge of oil and gas company business processes and practices.
- Fluent English, good interpersonal skills, with experience of managing multi-cultural and multi-disciplined teams.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience or related Discipline
