We are looking for a qualified Senior HSEQ Supervisor who will be responsible for implementing health and safety policies in our organization.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Audit the Maintenance, Cleaning related Facility Management activities performed by FMM and subcontractors in the areas assigned by the HSEQ Manager/Director, to check compliance with HSEQ rules & regulations.
- Support preparation of JSA, Risk assessments and
- Review Method Statements for HSEQ perspective as per the requirement.
- Perform HSEQ inspections according to the schedule & related checklist agreed with HSEQ Manager/ HSEQ Director.
- Review the Preventive and Corrective Action Plan (PDCA Plan) for HSEQ perspective along with Project Management team and support Operations Team as needed and wherever possible in the closure of actions.
- Prepare HSE Tool Box Talks. Help (as needed) to respective operation in the communication or cascading of the information.
- Provide continuous advise to the Project team in the proper selection of the appropriate tools, equipment and PPE.
- Prepare the COSHH assessment of all the hazardous substances that are used in the Project
- Represent HSEQ Team in all HSEQ Internal and External Audits
- Provide Support to the Project Team and the Subcontractors to make sure an immediate and appropriate investigation is performed following each and every accident or incident
- Working along with Operations Management, the Project Administration Officer and HSEQ Administration Officer, keep updated the HSE KPI Indicators for the Project. Prepare Monthly Reports for the HSEQ Manager.
- Perform every other task or activity as requested by the HSEQ Managers or HSEQ Director/ Sr. Manager
- Provide support and guidance to the employees working in the project for the implementation of HSEQ policies and procedures in the work place.
- Manage day to day operational safety issues with the team and escalate to the management team when necessary.
- Identify the need for improvement with respect to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
- Participate & lead emergency preparedness for respective area.

**Requirements**:
University bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Science.

Essential: NEBOSH IGC (completed) or international equivalent qualification

Other HSEQ Training (i.e. Electrical Safety, Confined Spaces, LOTO, Waste Management, etc.) an advantage

Minimum of 7 years of experience as HSEQ Officer/ HSEQ Inspector in related field of work.

Microsoft Office Conversant. Able to prepare Office Presentations and Reports

Knowledge of latest HSE and Quality practices, exposure to QCS 2014, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.

Proficient in written and oral English

Team player, good training skills, good written and verbal communication skills, sense of urgency, self-starter, proactive (key requirement)

**Experience**:

- HSEQ Supervisor: 7 years (required)
- HSEQ Supervisor in Hospital: 2 years (required)
