**Department**
MAINTENANCE (REFINING)

**Primary purpose of job**
Preparation of annual maintenance plans, designs and documentation for call off contracts and minor project contracts for

the Refinery infrastructure. Supervise and direct civil works carried out by maintenance contractors to achieve soundness of

Civil Assets in Operational and non-operational areas and along routes of external pipelines to downstream customers.

Provide Civil Maintenance, Industrial Cleaning and Industrial Painting services in accordance with Refinery Operational and

departmental Requirements.

**Experience & Skills**:

- 8 years relevant experience with 5 years in construction supervision, preferably experienced in oil & gas industry
- Good written and spoken English with good communication and motivational skills including relevant project management

experience.
- Functional use of relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office suite. Additional experience

to structural analysis software would be advantageous.
- Functional knowledge of Engineering standard/codes and proven knowledge of contract preparation and contract

administration.

**Education**:

- BSc. degree in Civil Engineering with membership of recognized engineering society/institute
