Upda Certified Mechanical Engineer with Facility

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee mechanical system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting within facilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement facility management strategies.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize building management systems (BMS) for monitoring and controlling mechanical operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets and schedules for mechanical maintenance and projects.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to facility management staff and contractors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in facility management and engineering.

*Qualifications:*
- UPDA Certified Mechanical Engineer.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing,chillers and AHU
- Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- MECHANICAL ENGINEER: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UPDA (required)
