**Job Purpose**:
To oversee and manage the maintenance, repair, and minor construction/fabrication activities of buildings and infrastructure. The role includes responsibility for coordinating site teams, contractors, and ensuring that all civil, structural, and fabrication tasks are completed effectively, safely, and within established quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day FM operations related to building maintenance and fabrication works.
- Manage preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance related to civil, masonry, carpentry, steel fabrication, and structural elements.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues related to building integrity, structural safety, and functionality.
- Supervise in-house technicians and external contractors performing civil and fabrication tasks.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and scope of works.
- Plan minor refurbishment, alteration, and steel fabrication works within the premises.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and tools required for maintenance and fabrication jobs.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on site.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Prepare reports on maintenance status and project progress for management review.
- Participate in budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance and small projects.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure service delivery expectations are met.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineer.
- Minimum **7+ years** experience in Facilities Management with a strong background in **building maintenance and metal fabrication**.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential property maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of building systems, welding, steel structures, and civil finishes.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month
