Job Responsibilities:

- Back-End Development:

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient backend services using Python, Django, Node.js, and MERN stack technologies.
- Design and manage API endpoints, working with MongoDB and Mongoose to ensure seamless data handling and robust backend performance.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of backend services while maintaining high standards for security and reliability.
- Front-End Development:

- Develop responsive and intuitive web interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Full Stack Integration:

- Oversee the integration of both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring smooth interactions between the user interface and server-side services.
- Maintain consistency between the user experience and underlying infrastructure for a high-quality, reliable product.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration:

- Mentor and guide a growing team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Set coding standards and best practices to ensure efficient, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Infrastructure Management:

- Manage cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, and other cloud services, to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Optimize deployment pipelines and ensure seamless CI/CD processes for the development team.
- AI and Innovation:

- Integrate machine learning models and other AI-driven features to enhance workflow automation and user experience.
- Problem Solving and Technical Expertise:

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work to deliver solutions that meet business and user needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including legal professionals, to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders to ensure project alignment and expectations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Proven experience in full-stack development with expertise in Python, Django, Node.js, ReactJS, and the MERN stack.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management using AWS, GCP, and other cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of front-end development, with experience in building responsive, user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to tackle technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, including legal professionals.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Full stack developer: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Arabic (preferred)
