The Research Associate carries out work on NPRP Cluster to Study Public Policies and Governance Related to National Resilience

**What you need to know**

**Salary**:$3,000 monthly; commensurate to selected hire’s experience.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Two years of related professional experience.

**Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Familiarity with appropriate laboratory and/or technical equipment.
- Ability to effectively utilize a computer and applicable software to create databases, perform statistical analyses, present data and perform other computer related tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

**Essential Duties/Tasks**:

- Supporting outreach to relevant research stakeholders and managing communications with the stakeholders.
- Carrying out and assisting with stakeholder researched, including network analysis, mapping, and quantitative and qualitative stakeholder participation analysis.
- Supporting outreach to and communication with public policy agencies and personnel, assisting with planning meetings with public policy entities
- Preparation of required technical progress reports to research sponsors and other duties as assigned.
