**Job Overview**:
AL ALIA MAINTENANCE & AGRICULTURE seeking for FM (Facilities Management) / MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Senior Maintenance Supervisor oversees the operation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems in commercial, industrial, or residential facilities. This role ensures efficient service delivery, compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimal performance of technical teams and contractors.**Responsibilities**:_

**1. Maintenance Oversight**:

- Supervise daily operations and preventive/corrective maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance schedules, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Monitor equipment and system performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.

**2. Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and junior engineers.
- Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

**3. Project Supervision**:

- Oversee installation, refurbishment, and upgrade projects related to MEP services.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to meet deadlines and specifications.

**4. Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety codes, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, inspections, and incident reports.

**5. Vendor & Contractor Coordination**:

- Manage relationships with external service providers.
- Evaluate and approve materials, tools, and work quality from subcontractors.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:

- HVAC certification
- NEBOSH/IOSH (for health and safety)
- PMP (for project management) is a plus
- **Experience**: 7-10 years of experience in MEP maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- **Key Skills**:_

**Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire alarm, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Understanding of local codes and international MEP standards.

**Managerial & Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
