Job Tittle **:PROJECT CONTROL PLANNER**
- Create and Develop schedule/plan / Execution plan (level 0 to 4)
- Optimize and propose alternative method to reduce lead time.
- Update schedule as per business requirement, monitor progress, manhours, expenditure, and issue reports as required.
- Identify and highlight delay/critical path/risk related to scheduling activities.
- Tracks analyze and control cost related to the project.
- Forecast expenditures/ prepare panning budget
- Prepare and submit financial report as and when agreed upon
- Allocate cost codes and track man hours.
- Keep project team informed of expenditures / budgets
- Provide weekly and monthly S Curve reports.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings and issue associated minutes as required.
- Liaise and support onshore and offshore operation team day to day basics.
- Ensure safe operations while minimizing our impact on environment by means of complying with occupational QHSE standards.
- Ensure that all interfaces with relevant parties including partners, subcontracts, suppliers, are correctly managed.

**Qualifications -External**

**Education& Professional Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

**Professional Experience**:

- 5-10 years’ experience in similar position

**Geographic Experience**:

- N/A

**Computer Skills**:

- Oracle Application
- Project Management Tools

**Language Skills**:

- Business Fluent in English - both written and spoken is required
- Arabic a plus

**Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge**
- High Degree of understanding of Project management practices
- Good understanding of Quality Management System. Such as ISO 9001
- Understanding of driving and Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and survey operations is a plus

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
