**ANALYSIS & DESIGN OF AI - INSTRUCTOR/ADJUNCT**
**Location**: Aspire Zone | Doha, Qatar
**Position Type**: Part-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lectures on **AI fundamentals, algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning models**.
- Guide students in understanding **AI system design, model evaluation, and deployment strategies**.
- Develop and update course **syllabi, instructional materials, and hands-on projects** aligned with industry advancements.
- Provide academic and career guidance to students pursuing careers in **AI research, data science, and machine learning engineering**.
- Mentor students in **AI problem-solving, model optimization, and algorithmic decision-making**.
- Implement **assessment strategies**, including coding assignments, AI model development projects, and research-based evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback on student work, focusing on both **theoretical understanding and practical implementation**.
- Coordinate with academic administration to ensure alignment with program goals and learning outcomes.
- Encourage **ethical AI development**, addressing **bias mitigation, fairness, and responsible AI practices**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Master’s or Ph.D.** in **Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field**.
- **Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience** at the university level or in a professional training setting.
- Strong expertise in **AI model development, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning architectures**.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as **Python, R, or Julia**, and AI tools like **TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI frameworks**.
- A solid understanding of **AI ethics, data privacy, and explainable AI (XAI)**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for **teaching and mentoring students**.
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic will be an added advantage).

**Legal Requirements**:

- Must currently reside in Qatar and hold a valid **Qatari ID**.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Contract, New grad
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: QAR150.00 - QAR300.00 per month
