**Job Purpose**:
To oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensure excellent customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality, and lead the front-of-house team efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily front-of-house operations ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery
- Greet and interact with Arabic-speaking guests and ensure culturally sensitive hospitality
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Train, coach, and motivate service staff to meet customer service standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards compliance
- Assist in managing inventory, placing orders, and coordinating with the kitchen
- Prepare daily sales reports, shift summaries, and staff evaluations
- Support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions
- Ensure all staff follow SOPs and company policies

**Job Requirements:Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food & beverage or hospitality industry
- Previous experience in Arabic cuisine or Arabic customer service is a strong advantage

**Languages**:

- **Fluent in Arabic (required)**:

- Proficient in English (spoken and written)

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software
- Strong customer service orientation
- Well-groomed and professional demeanor

**Additional Preferences**:

- Culturally aware and respectful in diverse team environments
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
