Responsible for supporting Managing the Contractual Quantities and Variations of Overlay/Power solutions contracts in Major Events.

**_Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: _**
- Responsible for the update of the bill of Quantities and the follow up of variations, in constant coordination and agreement with the client confirmation of orders/Line Manager. Management of the variation process : request for changes recieved from the client, feasibility and costs study in coordination with the technical team, pricing and pre-profitability analysis, submission of the corresponding quotation.
- Responsible for the internal communication of the Bill of Quantities updates: constant communication with project managers, site managers, design department and all other departments about the evolution of the scope of work and approved variations, as confirmed by the client.
- Responsible for identifying, pricing and negotiating all extra costs chargeable to the line manager, as per all relevant contractual clauses.
- Responsible for supporting the financial reporting of the confirmed turnover.
- Responsible for the measurement of all items delivered, in coordination with the site teams.
**_Skills Required: _**
- Graduation in Engineering or related areas
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Teamwork Abilities
- Willing to work in a multicultural environment.
- Highly organised and rigorous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: QAR5,500.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
