**Housekeeping Supervisor**

**Location**: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a **Housekeeping Supervisor** to lead and manage our housekeeping team within a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping attendants.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with other departments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role within hotels or luxury establishments.
- Valid NOC and transferable sponsorship.
- Currently based in Doha, Qatar.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in English.
