**KeyResponsibilities**:

- Assist the Department Head of Preclinical Affairs to implement Simulation strategies and initiatives
- Work with the respective faculty on simulation education, programs, and training
- Responsible for budget preparation, planning, space allocation and utilization of resources and staff in the simulation center.
- Lead the strategic development, maintenance and operations of skill labs, medium and high-fidelity simulation environment in line with strategic directions of the university.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, implementation and integration of simulation technology into existing healthcare programs.

Ensures compliance to standards of best practicein simulation.

**Qualifications**:
**Educationand Certifications**:

- Bachelor and master’s degree in nursing or other health related discipline
- Prattled Certified Health Simulation Educators (CHSE)

Extensive experience in simulation education Required Documents
