Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with an emphasis in Industrial Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in joinery work of at least 10 years is a must in the same role.
- Knowledge of woodworking production processes and workflows.
- Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD.
- Knowledge and experience in woodworking materials, types, and finishes.
- Must have a strong background in the preparation of technical drawings and detail drawings.
- Able to motivate teams, navigate in a changing environment, and lead change at the operational level.
- Able to build a network to facilitate cooperation, decision-making, and anticipating changes.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to identify issues quickly and come up with solutions accordingly.
- Ability to multi-task and be deadline-driven.
- Must have a valid driving license.
- Transferable visa (with NOC); can join immediately

**Qualifications**:

- Manages the review of approved shop drawings, materials, and samples for various projects that are deemed ready for production.
- Manages the preparation of required production drawings and all technical details related to the production of various items for each project.
- Liaises with the project management, technical department, and production department. on site measurements,
- Production schedules, material deliveries, and other project requirements related to production.
- Manages the analysis of site dimensions and standardization of modular items for mass production.
- Responsible for generating the required cut lists, cut dimensions, and cutting patterns for various items.
- Provides technical assistance to the project designers and estimators to ensure that the products comply with the company’s established procedures and documentation.
- Support and help the estimation team in order to provide more accurate prices and offers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to QAR14,000.00 per month
