Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of adjusting entries.
- Lead and participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on analysis of financial data and trends.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address any audit findings.

Qualifications:

- C.A, Master's degree in Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Experience in facility management company is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing staff.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Valid Qatar driving License is a plus.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
