**Job Summary**:Material Controller is responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling project materials, ensuring timely availability, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role involves coordinating material movements, verifying deliveries against project requirements, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Able to review to make drawings & Bill of material**:

- Monitor and control the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials as per project schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation of material transactions, including Material Receiving Reports (MRR), Material Issue Vouchers (MIV), and stock reconciliations.
- Conduct inspections to verify material quality, quantity, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams to prevent material shortages and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain an updated inventory database and generate stock reports for management review.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and preservation techniques for material handling.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformances in received materials.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of materials to prevent deterioration or loss.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for material approvals and documentation.
- Follow HSE guidelines and ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of materials.
- Good Knowledge in Excel.

**Qualifications**:

- Min 5+ yrs exp in Oil & Gas Industry with minimum Mechanical Diploma)
