Presenting the first and foremost impression of the spa. The purpose is managing efficiently the end to end customer service experience of customers
- Handle cash, opening and closing daily
- Identifying to Manager which therapists are not doing their assigned duties
- Control of the spa telephone and personal outgoing calls from anyone
- To hold and safe keep the spa key. To open and close spa on a daily basis
- Authority to report therapists on attitude work times grooming arrival and customer service

Report any therapist talking personally to a customer.
- Daily sales report goes to branch managers and directors
- log of cash at the branch
- Staff performance report and weekly target achievements

Client requests /requirements suggestions and complaints on treatment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures. Strong keyboard skill
- Excellent customer service skills ,Professional personal presentation
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to manage information of employees
- problem solving skills
- Time management skills

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
