**Job Description - Supply Chain Generalist**

**Job Summary**: The Supply Chain Generalist will be responsible for supporting various supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers, obtaining quotes, and managing purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to manage the transportation and delivery of goods.
- Process and track orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the production team to align supply chain activities with production schedules.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to supply chain activities.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supplier information.
- Communicating with different suppliers
- Support the implementation of supply chain strategies and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must have hospitality work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
