**Job Title**: Senior Sales Executive - Fit-Out & Architectural Solutions

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and build relationships with key clients including consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare performance reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of proven sales experience in a fit-out or architectural company in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction and interiors market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- **Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.**

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per month
