We are seeking 50 HSE Supervisors to our client - a leading company in the field of facilities management and construction services, committed to delivering excellence and innovation across diverse industries. **Job Title**: HSE Supervisor (50 Positions)

**Location**: Ras-Laffan, Qatar
**Salary**: 3,000 QAR per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time, 1-Year Contract (with possibility of extension)
**Working Hours**: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week

Our client is seeking experienced and dedicated HSE Supervisors for a project in Ras-Laffan, Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the oil and gas sector, where you will ensure that safety, health, and environmental standards are strictly followed across all site operations. As an HSE Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all personnel and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific safety programs and procedures.
- Provide daily safety briefings and training to workers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring they understand and follow all safety protocols.
- Monitor and ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers and contractors.
- Investigate and report any accidents, incidents, near-misses, or unsafe work practices, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation, including incident reports, inspection logs, and safety performance data.
- Support the emergency response team during drills and actual emergencies, ensuring swift and efficient action to protect personnel and equipment.
- Assist with safety inductions and ensure new employees are trained on site-specific hazards and safety requirements.
- Liaise with the HSE Manager and other project teams to address and resolve safety concerns and improve overall safety performance.
- Review and ensure that all contractors and subcontractors are compliant with safety standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or a related field is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HSE role, particularly within the oil and gas sector.
- **NEBOSH certification** is **mandatory**.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven ability to perform safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ability to deliver safety training sessions and engage workers in promoting a safety-conscious work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate safety information to personnel at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards in high-risk environments.
