**Business Data Analyst : Qatar (Onsite)**

**Technical Skills**:

- SQL a must, Power BI and Tableau desirable - Proven background in a similar role as a Data Business Analyst within data and reporting. - Experienced in utilizing different requirement gathering and data analysis techniques. - Experienced working within an Agile/Scrum environment

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and extensive work experience (5+ years of overall IT experience with Data analysis, business analysis, process analysis, and preferably in Data Quality, Master Data Management, Data Catalog, Metadata Management, Big Data, Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence)
- Business and Process Analysis knowledge, particularly on data flow management, with experience in databases - Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures and data governance - Project management and leadership skills are preferred.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Liaise with business users and different technical teams to understand requirements - Assessing the high-level feasibility of delivery - Creating user stories - High-level design of data solutions - Data modeling at the conceptual and logical level - Understanding the strengths, weaknesses, and potential of the data we possess
- Ensuring solutions are highly scalable and fulfill non-functional requirements - Ensuring SIT and UAT test questions can be resolved - Ensuring data is in a form efficiently utilized for internal reporting via Power BI - Providing input to data strategy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Data Business Analyst (SQL): 5 years (required)
