**Job Title**: Kitchen Helper

**Department**: Kitchen / Food Production

**Reports To**: Chef / Kitchen Supervisor

**Job Purpose**:
To assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, supporting food preparation, and ensuring that all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist cooks and chefs in basic food preparation (washing, chopping, peeling, and cutting ingredients).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, storage areas, and equipment at all times.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and properly.
- Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored correctly.
- Dispose of garbage and waste properly and maintain waste segregation standards.
- Refill kitchen supplies such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning materials when required.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by performing additional tasks as requested by supervisors or chefs.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations as per company policy and local authority standards.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues immediately to the supervisor.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling.
- Prior experience in catering, restaurant, or hotel kitchen preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary will be 1200 QAR plus Accommodation, Transport and food

Pay: From QAR1,200.00 per month
