**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing stock.
- Ensure that all raw materials, including wood, metal, fabrics, and hardware, are properly stored to prevent damage or loss.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as necessary to meet production requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure the timely availability of materials and supplies for production.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with the system records.
- Inspect materials for quality and quantity, ensuring they meet factory specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage and handling of materials.
- Assist in coordinating the movement of finished products from the factory to the warehouse or shipping area.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide feedback on stock levels to the management team.
- Assist in managing inventory of tools and equipment related to furniture production.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, particularly in a factory or manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with furniture operations and raw materials used in furniture manufacturing (wood, metal, fabrics, hardware, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to operate inventory management systems and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

**Experience**:

- Storekeeping: 2 years (required)
- Furniture: 2 years (required)
