**Job Summary**:
The Admin Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations across departments at FreshQA. This role involves managing office documentation, coordinating interdepartmental tasks, and supporting HR and operations functions with timely and efficient administrative services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative coordination across departments.
- Maintain and update all administrative records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for staff onboarding, training sessions, and company meetings.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and ensure inventory is maintained.
- Support HR functions such as employee record management, leave tracking, and document filing.
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance and facility requirements with internal and external parties.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide general support to visitors and assist in front desk operations when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in FMCG or food service industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
