**Job Title**: Housekeeping Attendant**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for guests and staff. This role ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Room Cleaning**
- Clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.

**2. Public Areas & Common Spaces**
- Clean hallways, elevators, lobbies, and other assigned public areas.
- Ensure all common areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.

**3. Stocking & Inventory**
- Replenish room supplies (soap, shampoo, tissue, etc.) as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in clean and orderly condition.
- Report low inventory levels to the supervisor.

**4. Safety & Compliance**
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
- Handle cleaning chemicals properly and follow Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines.
- Comply with company policies and hotel standards.

**5. Guest Service**
- Greet guests politely and respond promptly to their requests.
- Report lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- May require working on weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals (with provided safety gear).
