**Job Title**: Fuel man

**Location**: Qatar

**Job Purpose (English)**:
To prepare and issue delivery receipts related to the fueling operations in an effective and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that the fueling operations are carried out according to the clients demand in order to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Release acknowledged delivery receipts to supervisor authorizing deliveries in the stated quantities for supply reconciliation.
- Carry out the fueling activities with mandatory checks and documentations and ensure safety is always maintained for Fueling.
- Carry out other similar or related duties such as sorting and inputting data and correspondences, delivering or collecting mail from mail room, photocopying, answering queries and providing information and activities related to his work and act under directions from the Transportation coordinator and officer.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**

Minimum Qualifications:

- Secondary school or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in fuel supply operations with general documentation experience in similar field

Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):

- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to details.
- Good understanding of Qatar and GCC culture and working environment

**Salary**: QAR1,100.00 - QAR1,300.00 per month
