- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Process and evaluate change orders, ensuring accurate cost implications.
- Calculate material quantities required for various construction phases.
- Monitor project progress and measure work completed against the program.
- **Qualification & Experience**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Proven 2-5 years’ experience in civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CCS, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
