**Job Title**: Sales Immigration Consultant

**Location**: Qatar
**Basic Salary**:QAR 2,500 - 3,500 per month (based on experience) + commission per successful sale.**

**Basic salary will be increased after successful completion and proof of sales skills.**

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for converting leads into successful clients by advising them on suitable immigration programs and closing sales efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand clients’ profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways (Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.).
- Explain visa options, process timelines, eligibility, and company services clearly.
- Convert inquiries into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with the processing team for smooth file handling after sales.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

**Commission Structure**
- **QAR 300 per successful sale**, paid in addition to monthly salary.
- No cap on earnings - the more you sell, the more you earn.
- Bonuses on each sales slab and specific programs sold.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales (immigration mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Basic knowledge of immigration or willingness to learn.
- English required; Hindi/Urdu/Nepalesse/Bangla/Tagalong is a plus.
- Ability to work with targets and KPIs.

**What We Offer**
- Fixed salary **QAR 2,500 - 3,500** based on experience.
- High commission **QAR 300 per sale** **+ Additional Bonuses**:

- Training on immigration programs and sales process.
