**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts
- Assemble and install pipes and fittings
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, bend, weld, thread, assemble, and plumb piping systems
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and initiate repairs
- Collaborate with construction site personnel on plumbing projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
**Skills**
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints for plumbing layouts
- Experience in construction plumbing including pipe threading and welding
- Knowledge of assembling and disassembling plumbing systems
- Familiarity with construction sites and safety protocols
- Maintenance Person skills for general maintenance tasks
