Monthly Salary**: QAR 2,000 plus housing and transportation allowance**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Bartender. As a Junior Bartender, you will work closely with our experienced bartenders to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about mixology and wants to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience at the bar.
- Assist in the preparation of a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes and customized orders.
- Acquire knowledge of our drink menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and appropriate glassware, in order to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale (POS) system, and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Work closely with other team members, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations regarding the service and sale of alcoholic beverages, including verifying customer age and preventing overconsumption.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures, including handling of hazardous materials, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of bar tools, techniques, and drink recipes is an advantage, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate drink preparation, proper garnishing, and adherence to recipes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- Must meet the minimum age requirement for serving and handling alcoholic beverages in accordance with local laws and regulations.
