**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the production team to understand the show's concept, flow, and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed show scripts and run-of-show documents.
- Direct and guide the technical crew, camera operators, and presenters during live shows.
- Manage communication between the control room and the floor, ensuring a smooth and timely execution of the show.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot any technical or logístical issues that may arise during the show.
- Ensure the safety of all crew and presenters on set.
- Coordinate with the stage manager to cue presenters and ensure the show runs on time.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop new and innovative show ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in media production or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Show Caller in a live event production setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of live production equipment and systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
