**Job Title**: Scaffolding Inspector
**Location**: Qatar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **visual inspections** of scaffolding materials to ensure suitability and compliance with standards.
- Assess the condition of erection areas, ensuring the ground or supporting structures can safely carry imposed loads.
- Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and establish appropriate hazard control measures.
- Perform overall inspection of erected scaffolds, ensuring compliance with design drawings and safety requirements.
- Check all scaffold members, parts, and connections before use.
- Follow proper **tagging procedures** as per client requirements, maintaining scaffold registers and checklists.
- Inspect scaffolds weekly and after any alterations.
- Report additional requirements or adjustments needed prior to scaffold use.
- Supervise erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolds under the guidance of the Scaffold Supervisor.
- Ensure housekeeping of work areas after scaffolding activities.
- Promote a strong safety culture, preventing unsafe actions and ensuring compliance with company safety policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of experience** in industrial / oil & gas scaffolding work.
- Certified from **CRSIS**.
- Valid **third-party certification** in scaffolding inspection.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
- Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Commitment to safety and hazard prevention.
