We are looking for Creative Content Strategist for our agency, we are a creative media agency, handling various projects ranging from Social media campaigns to Commercials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand & Competitor Research**:
○ Conduct in-depth research on client brands and their competitors to gain a comprehensive understanding of market positioning, audience insights, and industry trends.
- **Content Ideation & Strategy Development**:
○ Develop innovative and original content ideas that align with client KPIs and business goals.

○ Create and present mood boards and strategic plans that visually and conceptually represent content direction and themes.

○ Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and innovate content strategies
- **Client & Team Coordination**:
○ Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.

○ Work closely with clients to understand their Brand vision, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure their needs are met throughout the content creation process.

○ Align, and work closely with the creative director and teams. Elevating the standards between SM strategic thinking and other category strategic campaign planning.
- **KPI Alignment**:
○ Develop content strategies that align with and support clients’ KPIs and performance metrics.

○ Track and analyze content performance to ensure strategies are effective and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Social Media Strategist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful content campaigns.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data about brands and competitors.
- Demonstrated ability to generate creative and strategic content ideas that drive engagement and meet KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in creating mood boards and visual content strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Arabic & English speaker is preferrable
- Bachelor’s degree in, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**:

- Agency: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Proficiency in Arabic would be an added advantage (required)
