This role involves working closely with stakeholders, defining business and software requirements, and supporting the product team through the development lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities**: - Understand and challenge stakeholder needs and expectations - Analyze and evaluate business processes, services, and products - Assess feasibility and cost/benefit of high-level requirements - Identify impacts on interfacing systems and solutions - Create Business Rules, Use Cases, and Software Requirement Specifications - Define and prioritize **User Stories** in collaboration with Product Owner - Support backlog management and ensure stories are "Definition of Ready" - Collaborate with QA on test case review and functional testing - Act as the go-to expert for all **Mobile Banking** functional topics **Your Profile: You Have**: - A degree in **Business Administration**, **Banking & Finance**, or **Economics**: - 6-8 years of **Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering** experience (preferably in **Mobile Apps** for financial services) - A solid understanding of architecture principles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **You Are**: - An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills - A team player who’s flexible, resilient, and has a positive mindset - Able to perform under pressure - Known for your “can-do” attitude - Fluent in **English** **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 6 months Pay: QAR400.00 - QAR700.00 per day
