**We are hiring a pest control supervisor**:
The Pest Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of technicians and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of pest control services to customers. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, manage scheduling, and perform quality control evaluations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of technicians and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and routing of technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Conduct quality control evaluations to ensure services are delivered to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and maintain accurate and up to date records.
- Maintain Proper Stock of Pest Control Chemicals, Tools to support the team functions.
- Have a working knowledge of Pest Control Services and its SOP Manual, and has assertiveness to create new standard operating procedures where necessary in conjunction with the Cleaning and Waste Management Specialist

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or 5 years of experience as a pest control technician
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of pest control methods and techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on call as needed.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Qatar Pest Control certification or License

Salary 4000-6000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
