**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory databases regularly.
- **Issuance of Materials**: Issue materials to authorized personnel based on requisitions. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of issued items.
- **Stock Organization**: Organize and arrange materials in the warehouse to maximize space utilization and ensure easy access.
- **Stock Replenishment**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to reorder materials as needed.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect materials for quality and report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the warehouse environment is clean and hazard-free.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management, highlighting stock levels, usage trends, and potential shortages.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; a certificate in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehousing.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and move heavy items; physical stamina to perform warehouse duties.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Industry Experience**: Experience in a specific industry (e.g., Food & Beverage Industry background ) preferred.
- **Soft Skills**: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- **Age: Not more than 30 years**:

- **Driving License**: Holding Light Vehicle Driving License issued by Traffic Department of Qatar is must.

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
