**Tasks**
- Possesses the knowledge of creating and coding elements of web pages using various technical and nontechnical skills to put together be fitting websites on the internet according to their clients’ specification.
- Guru in web building and is someone who understands what works and what doesn’t work on the web.
- Involves producing attractive visuals for websites and ensuring that every bit put together for the web pages works properly to enhance user satisfaction.
- Maintains good relationship with those who generate content for the website; he/she holds discussions with them on specific areas where certain contents should be placed.
- Consult with clients to get their job specification and desires for their websites so as to ensure they are fully satisfied
- Create a detailed draft of the website, outlining the various web pages according to client specification to meet their needs
- Design graphics, page layouts, and animation, and manipulate images to suit web pages, and enhance its entire beauty to create visual appeal
- SDLC full project cycle experience
- System requirements gathering, Analysis, Design, Development & Implementation
- Solution Architectures and design with align to the enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of the Project Management and in the preparation of the document like Project Plans, WBS and Project Status reports.
- Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
- Directing or performing Website updates.

- Ensures the standards are implemented correctly
- Ensures that all deliverables are thoroughly documented
- Ensures that all deliverables and documentation are maintained in a well-structured folders
- Reduction in cost of poor quality
- Delivery to Commitment
- Compliance with operational procedures and instructions.
- Number and quality of improvements are line with corporate expectations and implemented.

60% Analysis/Development/Estimation

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge & Experience:

- .Bachelor Degree in IT or IT related field
- Excellent in JAVA, C,
- Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
- Excellent in SharePoint backend and front end,
- Excellent content management systems
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Excellent in Integrations and APIs, Web services
- Proficient in My SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle and other DBs
- Experience of using Open Text and New Gen BPM Technologies
- Experience of using ECM and APEX BPM modules
- Business intelligent and dashboard
- Excellent Business and system analysis skills
- Project management skills PMP is a plus
- Excellent knowledge and skill in system integrations and APIs
- Analysts must have knowledge of process mapping and process re-engineering. They must be aware of how ERP, CRM, BI, and BPM tools operate.
- Also, he might be required to have an in-depth understanding of protocols like XML, SOAP, WSDL etc.
- Skill for business process simulation and optimizationHave good knowledge of graphic designs and web coding

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Application Development: 1 year (preferred)
