**Job Title: Quantity Surveyor**

**Location**: Qatar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **BOQs (Bill of Quantities)** and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Conduct **cost analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments**.
- Manage **contract documentation, claims, and variations**.
- Coordinate with **contractors, suppliers, and project teams** to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor and control **project budgets, procurement processes, and payment certifications**.
- Ensure compliance with **local regulations, FIDIC contracts, and industry standards**.
- Assist in **value engineering and cost-saving initiatives**.
- Prepare **monthly reports and cost tracking updates** for management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field**.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in Qatar’s construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of **Qatar construction laws and regulations**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software (e.g., CostX, Primavera, or Candy CCS)**.
- Excellent skills in **contract management (FIDIC), procurement, and negotiation**.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **MMUP (UPDA) certification is a plus**.
