Usar técnicas de rescate apropiadas si observa nadadores que necesitan ayuda. Vigilar el área habilitada para nadar a fin de detectar situaciones de peligro, actividades inusuales o inseguras y nadadores que tengan dificultades. Promover las normas y disposiciones de las instalaciones recreativas. Identificar situaciones donde los huéspedes no pueden participar con seguridad en una actividad e informar a un supervisor/gerente. Ofrecer asistencia a huéspedes lesionados hasta que lleguen los servicios médicos de emergencia. Promover un ambiente alegre y cómodo para los huéspedes. Tomar, plegar y apilar las toallas de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la compañía. Lavar, fregar y limpiar el área que bordea la piscina. Informar al gerente acerca de accidentes, lesiones y condiciones riesgosas de trabajo; recibir capacitación de seguridad y obtener las certificaciones correspondientes.
