The **Food & Beverage Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage management, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all **food and beverage operations** to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Maintain **high-quality standards** in food presentation, beverages, and overall guest experience.
- Ensure staff follow service protocols, grooming standards, and hygiene practices.
- Manage **inventory control**, ordering, and cost management for both food and beverage items.
- Train, motivate, and guide service and bar staff to achieve performance targets.
- Oversee **bar operations**, ensuring product consistency and beverage quality.
- Support menu and beverage innovation in coordination with the chef and bar team.
- Handle guest feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure strict compliance with **HACCP**, **health**, and **safety** regulations.
- Supervise opening and closing duties, ensuring readiness for daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in the **F&B or hospitality industry**, preferably in a **standalone restaurant** or hotel.
- At least **1 year of experience as a Supervisor** or in a leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of **cocktails, coffee, and beverages**.
- **HACCP certification is mandatory.**:

- Attention to detail and a **guest-focused attitude**.
- Ability to **work under pressure** in a fast-paced environment.
- **Locally available in Qatar** with a valid QID and **ready to join immediately** (preferred).
