Junior Accountant

**Job Type**: Full-Time
Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

**Salary**: QAR 3,000 + QAR 500 Transportation Allowance
Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel.
- Utilize SAP for transaction processing, reporting, and account management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience working with SAP ERP system.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
