**Inpatient Insurance Coordinator and Claims Processor/Outside Medical Center Coordinator**

**(QLM, ALKOOT, ALLIANZ, BUPA, METLIFE, TRICARE, MSH, AETNA, AXA)**
- **Responsible for all insurance pre-approval request inpatient and outpatient**:

- **Validate the procedures done by the patients**:

- **Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information**:

- **Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy**:

- **Maintain and manage patient records**:

- **Sending and checking approvals for doctor request to Health Insurance**:

- **Collect co-pays and payments**:

- **Report statistics as required**:

- **Schedule hospital admissions, tests, scans and outside appointments for patients**:

- **Obtain external medical reports as required by medical professionals**:

- **Deal with incoming and outgoing post**:

- **Complete other clerical duties as assigned**:

- **Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.**:

- **Determines covered medical insurance losses by studying provisions of policy or certificate.**:

- **Documents medical claims actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.**:

- **Submits monthly claims.**:

- **Follows up with all insurance companies for the release of payments.**:

- **Handles reconciliations**

**Manadtory experience: Should have at least 2 years of the same nature of work in a medical facility.**

**Local hires only with valid NOC.**

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
