Kitchen Helper

**Job Title**: Kitchen Helper (Night Shift)

**Location**: FW-CK (New Industrial Area)
**Employment Type**: Full‑time, Night Shift*

*Pick-up/drop-off available from Tawar Mall

To support the kitchen team during night hours by assisting in beverage production, basic food preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment in compliance with food safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Production**:

- Prepare and produce a variety of beverages (fresh juices, smoothies, etc.)
- Manually squeeze fruits and operate juicing equipment as needed
- **Material Handling**:

- Lift and transport ingredient containers (up to 20 kg) between storage and preparation areas
- Unload deliveries and stock dry goods, produce, and beverage ingredients
- **Kitchen Support**:

- Wash, peel, chop, and portion fruits and other ingredients under supervision
- Clean, sanitize, and organize beverage station, work surfaces, utensils, and equipment
- Assist with basic dishwashing and waste disposal
- **Health & Safety**:

- Adhere to HACCP and company hygiene standards at all times
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Kitchen Supervisor
- **General Duties**:

- Restock supplies and replenish condiments, napkins, and disposables
- Assist chefs and cooks with ad‑hoc prep tasks as required
- Participate in nightly closing procedures (e.g., deep cleaning, inventory count)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
