**Job Title**:Estimation Engineer - Roads & Infrastructure**

**Reports To**: Estimation Manager / Head of Tendering
**Location**: Doha

**Job Purpose**:
To prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and bid proposals for roads and infrastructure projects (ASGHAL), ensuring all project requirements and specifications are fully considered in the pricing. The Estimation Engineer plays a critical role in winning tenders and maintaining the company’s profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze tender documents including drawings, specifications, BOQs, and conditions of contract.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for infrastructure works including roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, and earthworks.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material and service quotations.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing summaries, and tender breakdowns.
- Identify and analyze risks and opportunities related to the scope of works.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning departments to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
- Maintain an updated database of rates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Support post-tender negotiations and value engineering processes.
- Prepare technical and commercial submissions in line with client requirements.
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when required.
- Keep abreast of market trends, material pricing, and construction techniques.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation for road and infrastructure projects in the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and construction standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month
