We are currently seeking an e**xperienced Procurement Supervisor to oversee our procurement operations**. This role requires a **keen understanding of market trends, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with suppliers.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement procurement strategies** that align with the organization’s goals.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for **cost savings and process improvements**.
- **Evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure agreements that meet organizational objectives.
- **Monitor and control procurement costs, pursuing cost reduction and efficiency improvements**.
- Collaborate with departments like finance, operations, production, and quality control to align procurement strategies with their needs.
- Anticipate supplier price inflation and strategize to maximize organizational benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date procurement records in the **ERP system.**:

- Delegate tasks and manage the procurement team to ensure efficient and effective operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a diploma in procurement management or supply chain management is an added advantage.
- **Minimum of 7-10 years of experience** in a similar role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Arabic**.
