Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:

- Monitor QA/QC procedures and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
- Conduct inspections of concrete, rebar, formwork, asphalt, backfilling, compaction, and structural components
- Ensure all works and materials conform to QCS 2014 and project specifications
- Coordinate with third-party laboratories and validate testing compliance

Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain MIRs, WIRs, IRs, NCRs, and QA/QC logs
- Review and verify material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
- Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records for audits and project documentation

Coordination & Supervision:

- Collaborate with QA/QC engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Attend inspections with client and consultant representatives
- Participate in internal audits and recommend corrective actions as required

Compliance:

- Ensure all activities comply with HSE and QA/QC project requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years in Qatar or GCC
- In-depth knowledge of QCS 2014, Ashghal, and related authority standards
- Certification in QA/QC (preferably ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor)
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools

- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Team player with proactive problem-solving skills
